owllbethereforyou: See the boy in the wheel chair? His name is Paul Promen. At the end of May he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor. He spent over a month in the hospital undergoing treatment. Every day Monday through Friday he goes back to the hospital to undergo radiation and chemotherapy. As you might expect his medical bills have become rather high and his family is unable to pay for them. Paul is my best friend. He’s the kind of person that would be there for you no matter what the situation was. Which is why I have put a donate button on my blog. If anyone would like to donate any money to help out him and his family please do so. Anything helps, even if it is just a dollar. Even if you can’t donate any money it would be helpful if you could please reblog this post and get it all around tumblr. Also if you would like to order a shirt to help out here is the facebook link to order one. http://www.facebook.com/pages/True-Fighter/244653245551735. I know you guys may not know him but he is very special to me. And I would really appreciate any help I can get in order to help out him and his family. I think you're a very nice person not just for letting people know you're there for them. Take care of yourself. I don't think hurting yourself because you're hurt isn't gon make the pain go away. I wish you well. :)

I realize that you are in extreme pain. Pain is not weakness. I don't see why people call pain a weakness. You can not help that you feel pain.

Don't feel ashamed that you used a tack to purposefully hurt yourself today. You just wanted to help the mental pain. I'm not saying it was a good decision, but don't be ashamed. Please. But also, try your best not to self harm again. It will probably seem tempting, but it's not a good way to cope. If it helps, snap a rubber band to your wrist, or put ice on your wrist. You're strong. And, by the way, the fact that you self harmed is *not* a sign of weakness at all.

I have no idea what happened to you with your dad, but I'm so sorry he hates you. I don't know you well, but you seem to be an amazing, beautiful person, worthy of your own father's love.

But just because your dad doesn't seem to love you, I'm sure lots of people do. Other family members, your friends.

There is hope. Things get better. This, too, shall pass. People love you. There ARE people who love you. If you need to be assured, you can even ask them.
